  Sánchez y Guzmán S.L., founded in 1980 is a company
located in Las Palmas de G.C., Canary Islands, who commercialises the
captures coming from a modern fishing freezer fleet with efficient means for
the processing of fish witch guarantees a better quality of the product that
will be then exported on Japanese markets mainly
 Sales directed to the Spanish Mainland and European markets are
centralized from Madrid (Mercamadrid), owning a freezer building, where they
transform frozen octopus into boiled octopus, as well as a market place at
the Central Market. The fishing is in greater proportion: scarlet shrimp,
giant red shrimp, crabs, octopus, cuttlefish and squid in all their sizes.
They are frozen immediately after their capture in order to be preserved in
excellent quality.
 In our building in Mercamadrid we are carrying out
an
innovative process of treatment of the boiled octopus, that
consists in vacuum-packing. This process achieves a great quality for its
consumption in fresh as well as frozen afterwards.
